Initial Template Design & Image Ad

• Let's face it, content is king. The impact of digital signage on the viewer depends on delivering professional high definition content. From the start, we work with you to design layouts, templates, and ads for your screen.

Content Changes and Updates

• Chicago Digital includes 1 free change to your content and 1 free content update a month.

Digital Displays

• Our DSaaS does not include a display since we recognize the value of the location having ownership of their display. Please contact a representative for more information regarding a display.

Media Player

• Media players drive the digital displays and ours are built to last. These players are manufactured to be on 24/7 and display high definition content. Best of all, our players come with a lifetime warranty.

Cables/Accessories

• Cables and accessories play an important role in the quality and connection of your display. Every installation is unique and that is why we work closely with you and the installation team to provide the highest quality cables and accessories.

Installation

• As a full-service provider, Chicago Digital makes sure your digital signage network gets up and running correctly. From hardware to content, we make sure everything is ready to go before you turn your screen on.

Hardware & Software Maintenance/Support

• Starting with providing quality hardware, we do our best to make sure your equipment never goes down. With advanced monitoring and technical support specialists, we can quickly diagnose and fix issues relating to the display, software, media player, or content.

Content Updates ($25/update)

• Content updates consist of: scheduling changes, playlist changes and uploading new content. Locations will only be charged for the updates that they request (3rd party advertisements do not effect this).

Branded Layout ($100 setup + $10/month)

• The standard layout is co-branded with both your logo and Chicago Digital's and uses Chicago Digital's theme. Build your brand identity by having your own layout with your company colors, fonts, and logo. Chicago Digital's logo and information will be removed from the layout.

Digital Display Installation

• The included installation is for locations that already have displays. If you are buying a display and need it installed we can take of that. The price depends on the project. Please consult one of our reps at Chicago Digital for more information.

Content Changes ($50/update)

• Content changes are changes to the actual image or video that is on your screen that we have created. Need that image to reflect this months drink specials? Need to promote a band this upcoming Saturday?

Digital Display

• Our DSaaS does not include a display since we recognize the value of the location having ownership of their display. Visit our store to see the LCD screens and plasma displays we carry.

Green Tips ($8/month)

• Show the world that you care about the environment. Green tips consists of 50+ HD videos that educate your audience on the environment. Private branding of these videos is available upon request.
